Double-Datum Tooling
Utilizing all of the design experience behind the POSA-FORM tooling
design, Posa-Cut offers a unique concept for increased machine "uptime". We design the tool holders to use interchangeable components
that allow switching machining operations between parts with different radial and/or axial datum points with an absolute minimum of
downtime and machine adjustment.
We have been so busy designing this unique concept into solutions
for customers that we do not have any pictures to show (we have to
ship the tools before we can get professional pictures). We plan a
future update of this page to show some descriptive pictures.
